I certainly wouldn't want you or anyone else to feel like I was interested in them just for whatever business opportunity they might represent, so I don't want to just assume everybody wants to hear from me about real estate stuff.

If you ever decide you don't want to hear real estate stuff from me, just tell me to stop sending it, and I'll stop. Our friendship won't be affected!
