(If you know my life story, you know I have lots of children and grandchildren, so any noise or energy they bring into our conversation isn't going to bother me.)

LET'S FREE ME TO WORK FOR YOU
Once you are comfortable with me, you can authorize me to work FOR you as your agent by signing the proper form.
Our Buyer Agency contract obligates me to serve you to the very best of my knowledge and ability and to consider your needs, priorities, and benefit as more important than my own.
It also frees me to help you as your coach, guide, negotiator, agent, and friend, real estate rules say I’m not allowed to advise you or advocate for you without your written permission.
It also explains my fees and how we will work together to hopefully get them covered by the seller, without you having to pay them.
You’ll have plenty of time to review our Buyer Agency agreement and feel comfortable with it before you sign it.
Once we have our Strategy session scheduled, I prepare a rough draft of our agreement and send it to you with a video preview so you can review it.
When we get together, we can adjust it as needed to make sure you are comfortable with it, and we'll get it signed together.
