I've been helping people for years, and I’m always looking for ways to improve your experience.
I have two important underlying goals as I seek to honor God by serving you well through your buying experience as your coach, guide, negotiator, advocate, and ally:
First, I want to faithfully provide you with all the information and perspective you need—anticipating and answering your questions and empowering you to make the wise, informed choices that benefit you.
Second, I want to make the whole experience as easy and enjoyable for you as possible.
These two goals often feel like they are in conflict because...
To serve you well, I'll need to supply you with LOTS of information and perspective as we walk through this process together, especially once you choose a home and we start securing and researching it. And, if you are using a loan for your purchase, your lender will be sending you lots of important communication at the same time.
This typically involves dozens of email, text, and phone conversations involving hundreds of pages of legal documents and other important information which you will probably have questions about—questions I want to answer quickly and effectively to help minimize your stress.
This barrage of information could easily feel overwhelming to you for several reasons...
You can't easily pause from your busy and important life and job to pay attention to all these communications as we send them to you.
You don't go through this exciting but complicated buying process very often, so it may be hard to keep perspective on the big picture and the contractually-driven timing of everything while you are trying to process all the important details.
You'll be receiving all those important details in frequent and sometimes overlapping bursts of messages from me and your lender, and it may hard to keep track of all that important information so you can find it when you need it. I don't want you to miss details because they get lost in a confusing maze of emails, texts, conversations and voice messages.
You are sure to have questions and want perspective along the way—questions that I want to answer quickly and effectively to help minimize your stress—but those questions may pop up for you at random times (if you’re like me, you may think of your most important questions when you’re half awake in the middle of the night), and we aren't always available at the same times for two-way conversations.

Once we confirm your search criteria, I’ll set up your Home-Search Portal and link to it here so you can easily access it anytime!
I’ll keep your Home-Search Portal updated all the time, so it will always have the most current information, pictures, and details for all the available homes that might interest you!
And, I’ll send you email and/or text updates as often as you want about new activity!
YOUR DOCUMENTS LIBRARY
Once we start gathering up documents, I’ll keep them filed for you in an online folder library you can easily access anytime, so you won’t have to check back through emails to find them!

If you are also selling at the same time, your HOME-BUYING OVERVIEW and your HOUSE-SELLING OVERVIEW will be linked together, so you can easily access them from each other, keeping all your information, tips, and documents within easy reach!
